Which areas do you deliver to?

A. 

​Currently deliveries are made to Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands & Islands, The Isle of Wight , The Isle of Man.

​What is the charge for delivery?

​A.

There is a charge of £4.50 per parcel. This amount is added to the order at Checkout. A signature from an adult is required on delivery.

​Who delivers the parcel?

A.  

​Our primary delivery service provider is My Hermes. To keep continuity at busy times we may need to use other carriers. These may include DHL or DPD. We will keep you informed if a change becomes necessary.

Q.  

​What happens if no one is available to receive the parcel?

​A. 

​The Courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to claim the parcel.

Q. 

Can I get a parcel delivered to a different address other than my own?

A.

Yes there is an option to do this during the Checkout process. You will be required to enter your address which is the Billing Address.Then provide the named person and alternative delivery address for the parcel.

Q. 

​Does the parcel have a Tracking Number?

A.

Yes, one will be provided to the purchaser of the Goods.

Q.

Apart from a Tracking Number is there any other way of knowing when the parcel is due for delivery? 

​A.

During the Checkout stage you provide your email address. The Delivery Service provider will send you an email. The email will give a designated time slot for the arrival of the parcel.

How do I add my message to a gift card?

​A.

In Step 1 of the Checkout Process after entering your Billing Address details: Please enter your gift card message in the box provided. Select the Alternative Delivery Address box. Enter the details and select the delivery method. Review your order and follow the remainder of the on-screen instructions. Once the order has been submitted to us - we are unable to change the message. We will print your message onto a white self adhesive label before attaching it to the gift.

Please Note: 1 Free gift card per order applies.

Can I cancel an order?

Q.

What happens if I receive Goods which are damaged, faulty or where  incorrect Goods have been supplied.

A.
